Salary

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a salary of approximately $85,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. Our total rewards program also includes comprehensive benefits and incentives to support your growth and development.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Financial Advisor to join our team in Hamilton or Ancaster, Ontario. In this role, you will be responsible for taking a proactive approach to discovering customer needs, listening to understand what they are asking for, and educating customers on relevant insights and expert advice.

  • You will work closely with our customers to build their comprehensive plans using a holistic approach to help them achieve their goals.
  • Your goal will be to develop strong, long-standing relationships with our customers, nurturing their trust and loyalty over time.

To succeed in this role, you must have the appetite and drive to build strong customer relationships, a strategic mindset to develop personalized financial strategies, and the proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
