Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Farm Hand to join our team at Sunny Acre Farms Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of farm operations, including crop management and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planting, cultivating, and irrigating crops
  • Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition
  • Operate tractors and other heavy machinery
  • Detect and report any disease or health problems in crops
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in farming or a related field
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication skills
