We are seeking a skilled Agricultural Laborer to join our team at Sunny Acre Farms Ltd. The ideal candidate will have experience working in oilseed (except soybean) farming, other grain farming, and other miscellaneous crop farming.
Key Responsibilities- Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops using modern farm machinery and equipment.
- Weeding, fertilizing, and spraying crops to ensure optimal growth and yield.
- Harvest crops according to seasonal schedules and industry standards.
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, performing routine maintenance tasks as needed.
The successful candidate will work in a rural area with remote location and relocation costs covered by the employer.
Requirements- No degree, certificate, or diploma is required; however, experience is an asset.
- Ability to work physically demanding jobs with repetitive tasks, attention to detail, and handling heavy loads.
- Strong teamwork skills, with a focus on collaboration and communication.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $40,000 CAD. Benefits include relocation assistance, comprehensive health and dental insurance, and paid vacation time.
