Sports Director Job Description

New Frontier Soccer Academy Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sports Director to lead our soccer programs and services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and managing programs, providing technical and professional advice, and recruiting professional coaches and athletes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage soccer programs and services
  • Provide technical and professional advice to coaches and athletes
  • Recruit professional coaches and athletes
  • Organize and administer national and provincial programs
  • Manage daily operations of the soccer organization
  • Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
  • Direct fundraising drives and arrange sponsorships
  • Negotiate business contracts
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field
  • Permanent position
  • 32-40 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
Work Environment:

The Sports Director will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload. The position requires attention to detail, efficient interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
