Job Title: Project Manager - Earthworks

Golderado Contracting Corp is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our earthworks projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with project teams, including engineers, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including forecasting, budgeting, and cost management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in earthworks or civil engineering.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Proficient in project management software, including Primavera Contract, Microsoft Projects, and Excel.
