Guest Service Representative

Job Summary:
Applefest Lodge is seeking a compassionate and caring Guest Attendant to join our care team. As a Guest Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and well-being of our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Personal Care and Hygiene: Review daily schedules for resident showers and plan the day to ensure all residents receive assistance with personal care and hygiene.
- Housekeeping and Maintenance: Clean bathrooms in common areas, public bathroom, staff bathroom, and staff lunchroom bathroom. Sweep entrance, vestibule, and common areas, and ensure door handles and high-touch points are cleaned and sanitized.
- Meal Service and Support: Porter residents to and from the dining room during meal service. Assist residents with toileting if indicated in the client care plan. Assist with serving meals and beverages in the dining hall at mealtimes.
- Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the needs of the business.
Requirements:
We are looking for a motivated and caring individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide exceptional care and support to our residents.
