About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development of talent within our organization, driving business results through the acquisition, development and retention of top performers.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for conducting final interviews for all key positions, utilizing the online applicant tracking system as needed to source, select and hire candidates.

You will also develop and execute the stores ongoing training strategy, working closely with the Store Director and Education partners to ensure that all employees receive the training they need to excel in their roles.

In addition, you will oversee the process for the entire store, writing and delivering annual performance reviews for direct reports in a complete and timely manner, and participating in the management of all performance management situations within the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract and retain top talent.
  • Create a training program that aligns with the needs of the business, providing employees with the skills they need to succeed.

The ideal candidate will have two to four years experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.

You should have excellent verbal/written communications skills and the ability to influence business partners at all levels in a clear and concise manner.

A proven ability to create teams by attracting and identifying talented store leaders who can train and develop cast to drive sales and deliver outstanding client service is essential.
