Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Operations Manager to join our team at Pomeroy Lodging LP. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for assisting the Rooms Division Manager in managing the execution of front office operations, supervising staff, and performing daily duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead your team in exceeding guest expectations and creating lasting positive impressions on each guest.
  • Assist in managing the execution of front office operations, supervising staff, and performing daily duties.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships and communication with all departments and team members.
  • Provide direct reports with the resources, training, direction, coaching, and feedback required for their continuous development.
  • Execute assigned deliverables in a manner that requires little or no follow-up, both in terms of timeliness, scope, and quality.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Hotel Front Desk Position.
  • Minimum 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Tech-savvy. Light Speed PMS experience is an asset.

Working Conditions

This position may include dayshift, afternoon, or evening shifts any day of the week or weekend and the occasional night audit shift if needed. This position will require long periods of standing and may require lifting and bending.
