We are seeking a highly skilled Replenishment Analyst to join our team at Home Hardware Stores Limited. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of our inventory.
Key Responsibilities- Forecasting and Replenishment: Develop and maintain accurate forecasts of inventory levels, taking into account seasonal fluctuations, promotional events, and other factors that may impact demand.
- Inventory Optimization: Analyze supplier performance, lead times, minimum order quantities, and order cycles to optimize profit and turnover.
- Purchase Order Management: Ensure timely placement of purchase orders to meet service level targets and inventory goals.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with suppliers, planners, and merchandise managers to collaborate on targets and methods to meet those targets.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze reports regularly to stay on track with key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective action where needed.
- Education and Experience: College diploma in Inventory Management or Supply Chain, along with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Skills and Abilities: Strong analytical and strategic mindset, ability to define and identify the source of an issue, and explore all solutions possible. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Personal Qualities: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
