About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Replenishment Analyst to join our team at Home Hardware Stores Limited. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of our inventory.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Forecasting and Replenishment: Develop and maintain accurate forecasts of inventory levels, taking into account seasonal fluctuations, promotional events, and other factors that may impact demand.
  2. Inventory Optimization: Analyze supplier performance, lead times, minimum order quantities, and order cycles to optimize profit and turnover.
  3. Purchase Order Management: Ensure timely placement of purchase orders to meet service level targets and inventory goals.
  4. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with suppliers, planners, and merchandise managers to collaborate on targets and methods to meet those targets.
  5. Financial Analysis: Analyze reports regularly to stay on track with key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective action where needed.
Requirements
  1. Education and Experience: College diploma in Inventory Management or Supply Chain, along with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  2. Skills and Abilities: Strong analytical and strategic mindset, ability to define and identify the source of an issue, and explore all solutions possible. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  3. Personal Qualities: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
