Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Kalesnikoff. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across our mass timber operations. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the timber or construction industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
