- Sales and Merchandising: Sell merchandise, prepare reports on sales volumes, and maintain inventory.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Experience and Education: The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or supervisory role, and a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
The Sales Supervisor will work 35 hours per week in a fast-paced retail environment. The successful candidate will be fluent in English and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
