About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to assist in the preparation of financial records, ledgers, and statements. The ideal candidate will have experience with bookkeeping systems and be proficient in calculating assets, depreciation, and other financial metrics.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare cheques for payroll and calculate fixed assets and depreciation.
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements, as well as post journal entries and reconcile accounts.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax returns, trial balance of books, and statistical reports.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
