About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our team at Parts Town Canada. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring timely payments from our valued customers and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain effective communication with external customers and internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
  • Engage with customers through phone calls and emails to collect payments and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities to bring in cash and future revenues.
  • Perform account reconciliations to ensure accurate records and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Solve problems quickly and effectively to bring in revenue and meet customer needs.
Requirements
  • Fluency in both French and English is required.
  • Minimum high school graduation required.
  • Self-motivated, customer-centric, and skilled negotiator with 2+ years of collections or equivalent experience.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bonus points for experience with Syspro or other ERP software.
