Job Summary

LEADON STAFFING INC. is seeking a skilled Employment Recruiter to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying staffing requirements, preparing job postings, and coordinating the selection process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements
  • Prepare and post job notices and advertisements
  • Collect and screen applicants
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions
  • Review candidate inventories and contact potential applicants
  • Co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards
  • Notify applicants of selection results and prepare job offers
  • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
Requirements

  • 30 hours per week
