Global Health Research Project Lead

BC Children's Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Global Health Research Project Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Institute for Global Health, you will play a critical role in the development and monitoring of our global health research projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to the development and implementation of project plans to support global health research initiatives.
- Collaborate with study investigators to review research protocols and study designs.
- Provide administrative support to ensure study requirements are met.
- Engage with health professionals across campus in global health through regular meetings, events, communications, and interest groups.
- Support the development of partnerships and collaborations with healthcare workers in global health research and/or quality improvement activities.
- Bachelor's degree in an allied health discipline.
- Minimum of one (1) year recent related experience in a healthcare setting working with a wide range of service providers.
- Demonstrated interest in clinical research.
- Demonstrated relevant clinical research knowledge.
- Knowledge of global children's and/or women's health.
- Knowledge of research process and methodology.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Commitment to upholding the shared responsibility of creating lasting and meaningful reconciliation in Canada.
