Job Summary

MISTER TRANSMISSION CALGARY is seeking a skilled Automotive Transmission Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our transmission repair and maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and expertise in the diagnosis and repair of complex transmission issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transmission Repair and Maintenance: Diagnose and repair complex transmission issues, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other technicians and support staff to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest transmission technologies and repair techniques, participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in transmission repair and maintenance
  • Certifications: Driver's Licence (Class 2 or B or C)
  • Skills: Attention to detail, excellent oral communication, team player, punctuality, accurate, dependable
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced transmission repair and maintenance shop
  • Physical Demands: Regularly required to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds
