Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair or replace parts and components of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.
- Test and adjust repaired systems to manufacturer's specifications, ensuring that vehicles meet safety and performance standards.
- Estimate parts and labor costs for vehicle maintenance and repairs, providing accurate and transparent quotes to customers.
- Perform scheduled maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Registered Apprenticeship certificate or equivalent experience.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the automotive industry.
- Automotive Service Technician Trade Certification.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
