As a Craft Recruiter, you'll play a vital role in building and fostering a positive labour relations environment between our project teams and trade union partners.

About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Manager of Labour Relations, you'll collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance on the screening process. You'll post job requisitions, source candidates, and develop onboarding documentation. Your strong interpersonal skills and ability to build superior working relationships will be essential in driving an inclusive culture and promoting equity.

What You'll Bring to the Team

  • Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is an asset.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in full-cycle recruitment in a high-volume environment required.
  • Knowledge of the construction industry and trade unions is required.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Strategic thinking and excellent organizational skills, including the ability to multitask and function independently in a fast-paced environment.
