Unit Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Unit Supervisor to join our team at Dairy Queen Grill & Chill. As a Unit Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
- Financial Management: Prepare budget and cost estimates, ensuring that our restaurant operates within budget and that we are able to meet our financial goals.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing exceptional service and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Work Setting: Restaurant.
- Physical Demands: Bending, crouching, kneeling, and walking.
- Work Hours: 40 to 50 hours per week.
