We are a reputable tax services company seeking a skilled Accounting Bookkeeper to join our team. As an Accounting Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records and accounts of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Prepare and reconcile financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Tax Preparation: Assist in preparing tax returns for individuals and businesses.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, and Quick Books.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
Work Environment
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
