- Competitive Salary: $83,500 - $115,000 per year (dependent on experience)

Nurses working with us will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining effective care plans for patients receiving community health services
- Providing exceptional nursing services to patients in various settings, including homes, clinics, and retirement homes
- Liaising with patients, family members, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Performing other clinical duties as required
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- A Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) degree or diploma
- Current College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) registration in good standing
- A strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A valid driver's license and vehicle, as regular travel is required
