Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Roofing Supervisor to join our team at Atlas-Apex Roofing (Nova Scotia) Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our roofing division, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of roofers and other construction personnel
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines
  • Oversee apprenticeship training and provide guidance to junior staff members
  • Recommend personnel actions and participate in performance evaluations
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in roofing or a related field
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Ability to work at heights and in outdoor environments
  • Steel-toed safety boots and other personal protective equipment
