Job Description:

At SGS & Co, we're looking for a skilled professional to lead our payroll operations. As Global Director of Compensation, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of payroll across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for payroll management.
  • Oversee the activities of a team of payroll administrators, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations at the state, federal, and international level.
  • Maintain robust governance and control over payroll processes and procedures.
  • Identify and resolve global payroll issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with third-party payroll processors to ensure seamless integration.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in payroll management, preferably with a multinational organization.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems and processes.
  • Ability to lead and direct a team of payroll administrators.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
