Role Overview:

This position involves defining monetization strategies, designing economic models, and balancing virtual products to bring value to players. You will create design documents targeting acquisition, retention, and monetization.

What We're Looking For:
  • A degree in economic design or equivalent, with expertise in games-as-a-service gaming and the latest innovations.
  • Strong ability to balance complex game economic systems and experience with Agile production.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel simulations and predictive calculations.
  • Continuous analysis of current strategies to optimize/maximize game revenue.
  • Familiarity with analytics software like Tableau, Mixpanel, Swrve, or equivalents.
  • Able to analyze data and adjust game concepts/economy balance for maximum retention, monetization, and virality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year Job Responsibilities:
  1. Defining monetization strategy with the development team.
  2. Designing an economic model that brings value to the players.
  3. Balancing virtual products, player progression, currencies sinks and sources.
  4. Create design documents related to the economy.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in economic design or equivalent.

  • Experience with Agile production.
