About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Team Member to join our team at Anglers Dining Room at Dolphins Resort. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the needs of our guests.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure they are clean and well-maintained.
  • Staff Training: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment as needed to maintain inventory levels.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen.
  • Cleaning and Organization: Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Recruit and hire staff as needed to support the growth of our team.
  • Operational Management: Manage kitchen operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week is the standard working hours for this role.
