- Staff Training: Train kitchen staff and helpers in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
- Personal Suitability: Organized, team player, and ability to work in a diverse environment.
