About the Role
Mackenzie Health is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Transformation Lead to play a key role in the implementation of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. As a leader in supply chain operations, you will be responsible for streamlining processes and optimizing supply chain systems to ensure the efficient and effective use of resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and guidance on the implementation of supply chain functionality in the new ERP system.
- Develop and implement business process documents and train end-users on new processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives and improve supply chain operations.
- Manage and maintain supply chain standards and controls to ensure data integrity and supply chain functionality.
- Act as a subject matter expert for defined ERP functional and/or process areas.
- Develop and implement short and long-term technology plans to deliver business goals and objectives.
- Develop metrics related to system efficiency improvements, user satisfaction, and process optimization.
Requirements
- Post-secondary degree in information technology management, computer science, or business program, or related combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of five years' experience with translating supply chain business requirements into project requirements, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Three to five years' experience managing supply chain applications and enabling technology.
- In-depth knowledge across a wide spectrum of supply chain processes, principles, compliance requirements, and best practices.
- Proven ability and experience in business process documents and training end-users on new processes.
- Evidence of strong interpersonal and communication skills, including above-average writing and presentation skills, for working with individuals and teams at all levels of an organization.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive initiatives in a dynamic organizational environment.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and time-management skills.
- Must be able to multi-task and effectively juggle competing priorities while managing stakeholder expectations.
- Strong computer and technology skills.
- Proven attendance record.
- Demonstrates understanding and complies with patient and staff safety policies and procedures that foster a safe and inclusive environment for all.
