They will be responsible for accounting for credit card accounts, reviewing and approving production orders, and following up on royalty contracts. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both French and English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account for credit card accounts
  • Review and approve production orders
  • Follow up on royalty contracts
  • Account for inter-company purchases and sales
  • Produce commission reports and follow up with sales representatives and payroll department
  • Analyze various reconciliation accounts
  • Reconcile transitory accounts and follow up with buyers on necessary corrections
  • Participate in the month-end file
  • Produce various analyses
  • Participate in the payment process

Requirements:

  • AEC in accounting
  • Minimum 3 years' relevant experience
  • Bilingualism (French and English)
  • Very good knowledge of Excel
  • Knowledge of SAP or other integrated system
