Your Key Responsibilities

You'll lead the development and implementation of our global sourcing strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize purchases and drive business growth.

Main Objectives

  • Develop and implement global sourcing strategy for components and MRO
  • Lead team of Global Components purchasing, MRO and Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) to ensure suppliers meet quality and delivery requirements
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating best-cost contracts and monitoring performance
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and develop alternative sourcing strategies
  • Leverage the company's buying power to optimize costs and improve supply chain efficiency
