Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Persson Food Services Inc.

Job Summary:

The Food Counter Attendant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized dining area, and ensuring that food and beverages are prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area by cleaning tables, chairs, and floors, and restocking supplies as needed.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all orders are accurate and complete.
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a food service environment an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
