Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Church's Chicken. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain high-quality standards
  • Train and develop staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to management
  • Coordinate food order summaries for the chef
  • Supervise and inspect the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys
  • Establish and manage work schedules for the team
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a hot environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of culinary genres and menu planning
