Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Little Caesars Pizza. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure timely food preparation and service.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food safety and quality standards are met.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure excellent performance.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure that inventory levels are maintained.
- Hire and train food service staff, and provide guidance on customer service and food preparation techniques.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and high pressure.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds.
