Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Estate and Trust Service Manager to join our team at Royal Bank of Canada. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for supervising and providing leadership for a team supporting complex exception-based processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, onboard, and train new team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Provide training, coaching, recognition, and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and advance their careers.
  • Support escalated complex customer service situations and complete process oversight to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain accurate department procedures and reference materials to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Understand regulatory and organizational risks associated with work processes and dependencies to other areas and departments.
Requirements
  • Fully bilingual in French and English.
  • 4-year degree from an accredited university or equivalent, or high school diploma or equivalent, and 3+ years of prior securities, banking, technology, and/or job-specific related industry experience.
  • 2+ years of demonstrated and sound managerial experience leading and managing a team.
