Merchant Acquisition & Retention

  • We work with marketing leaders to develop strategies for acquiring customers through various channels, including paid media, search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM), and content marketing.

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Our team analyzes data to measure, track, and optimize all growth initiatives. We use tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, and other performance tracking platforms to drive success.
  • We establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success, including customer acquisition cost (CAC), customer lifetime value (CLTV), churn rate, conversion rates, and net revenue retention (NRR).
  • We implement A/B testing and other optimization strategies to continuously improve our marketing and sales funnels.
  • We build and manage a channel partner ecosystem, including affiliate networks and resellers.

Marketing & Brand Growth

  • We oversee all aspects of marketing strategy, including brand awareness, lead generation, content strategy, performance marketing, and public relations.
  • We use data and analytics to continually optimize both teams' performance by leveraging cross-functional data, such as website traffic and customer behavior.
  • We establish shared KPIs, targets, and key performance metrics that both teams contribute to, including new merchant acquisition, churn rates, and building out a commission structure.

Revenue Growth & Financial Oversight

  • We work closely with our finance team to track the effectiveness of growth initiatives and provide regular updates to executive leadership.

Tech Enablement & Tools

  • We oversee the optimization and integration of our tech stack, including marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and customer engagement tools.
  • We have a proven track record of scaling customer acquisition, improving retention, and driving growth in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • We have expertise in growth marketing channels (SEO/SEM, paid media, social media, content marketing, etc.).
  • We possess strong leadership and team management skills, with experience building and leading cross-functional teams.
  • We excel in communication, both written and verbal, with the ability to present to executive leadership and investors.
  • We have strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
