Job Summary

Clintar Brampton, ON is seeking a highly skilled and reliable Snow Removal Crew Member to join our team for the winter season. As a key member of our ice and snow management team, you will be responsible for efficiently clearing and de-icing designated areas using a variety of equipment and techniques.

Responsibilities
  • Operate Snow Removal Equipment: Safely operate snow blowers, snow shovels, snowplows, or salt spreaders to clear snow and ice from designated areas.
  • Manual Snow Removal: Shovel, snowblow, or use other hand tools to manually remove snow and ice from designated areas.
  • De-Icing and Traction Control: Apply salt, sand, or other de-icing agents to surfaces to improve traction and melt ice.
  • Emergency Response: Be prepared to respond to emergency calls for snow removal, especially during heavy snowfalls or severe weather conditions.
Qualifications
  • Clean and Valid Driver's License: Possess a clean and valid driver's license to operate company vehicles.
  • On-Call Availability: Be available on short notice, including evenings, weekends, and holidays from November to April.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
  • Prior Snow Experience: Prior experience in snow removal or a related field is an asset.
