Clintar Brampton, ON is seeking a Snow Removal Crew Member and Crew Leader to join our team for the winter season. As a member of our ice and snow team, you will be responsible for efficient clearing and de-icing of designated areas. This is an on-call role, often overnight, and contingent on winter conditions. You must be available on short notice, round the clock and long hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate snow removal equipment, such as snow blowers, snow shovels, snowplows, or salt spreaders, depending on the job and equipment availability.
  • Shovel, snow blow, or use other hand tools to manually remove snow and ice from designated areas.
  • Apply salt, sand, or other de-icing agents to surfaces to improve traction and melt ice.
  • Be prepared to respond to emergency calls for snow removal, especially during heavy snowfalls or severe weather conditions.

Qualifications:

  • Clean and valid driver's license
  • 24/7 On-Call availability, especially during evenings, weekends, and holidays from November – April
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds
  • Prior snow experience is an asset
