Job Title: Delivery Operations Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our delivery team at Package Parcel Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, training or arranging for training, coordinating and scheduling activities, ensuring health and safety regulations are followed, and requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure timely and efficient delivery of packages.
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure employees have the necessary skills to perform their duties.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to optimize delivery routes and minimize delays.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain a well-stocked inventory.
