Key Responsibilities- Surface Preparation: Fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement to achieve a smooth finish.
- Compaction and Leveling: Operate power vibrators to compact concrete and level the top surface according to grade and depth specifications.
- Installation and Fixtures: Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures as required.
- Surface Restoration: Waterproof, damp proof, and restore surfaces to their original condition.
- Repair and Replacement: Repair, resurface, and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures.
- Physical Demands: The role requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Work Conditions: You will be required to work in a variety of weather conditions and be able to lift and carry heavy materials.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Experience: Willingness to train and learn the skills required for the position.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with a regular schedule.
