We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Forklift Operator to join our team at Top Quality Lumber Ltd. as a Warehouse Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe movement of materials and products within our warehouse.
Key Responsibilities- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment.
- Equipment Operation: Operate a variety of equipment to load, unload, and move materials and products.
- Inventory Management: Pick orders and stock, organize and maintain inventory, and use computerized inventory control systems.
- Quality Control: Weigh materials and goods, pack and unpack goods, sort, crate, and stack goods, and install, lash, and secure goods.
- Warehouse Operations: Store cargo and materials, transport and distribute materials and goods, and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or material handling environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
