The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Municipal Survey CAD Drafter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Residential and Commercial sectors and a desire to grow and learn with a forward-thinking company.
The Work
- Drafting of legal survey plans, including subdivision, condominiums, utility right-of-way, and other related tasks.
- Drafting of real property reports and topographic surveys.
- Calculations of property boundaries, foundations, and grades.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
- Creation of clean and professional-looking deliverables.
- Ability to work with field crews and Project Leads to understand job scope and deliver professional products to our clients.
- Ability to liaise with clients, offering solutions and customer service.
- Quality Control of field data and calculations.
- Basic understanding of Land Survey drawings and Western Canadian Land Tenure system.
- Ability to work unsupervised from home using our virtual system.

- Five years of experience in municipal surveys and land surveying.
