Food Service Professional

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team at El Toro Restaurant. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers at their tables.
- Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards.
- Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations.
- Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
- Greet patrons, present menus, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Take orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Will train individuals with no prior experience.
- Permanent employment opportunity.
- English language proficiency.
- 35 hours of work per week.
