Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team at El Toro Restaurant. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to our guests.
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards.
  • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to our guests.
  • Advise guests on menu selections and provide recommendations.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Greet patrons, present menus, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Serve food and beverages to our guests.
  • Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.

Requirements:

  • Will train.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 35 hours per week.
