About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Services Specialist to join our team at CIBC. As a key member of our banking team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing them with expert financial advice and guidance to help them achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition and Retention - Meet with clients to understand their financial needs and goals, and provide them with tailored financial solutions to help them achieve their objectives.
  • Relationship Building - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial situations and providing them with expert advice and guidance.
  • Business Development - Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow our client base.
  • Technology and Innovation - Stay up-to-date with the latest financial technologies and innovations, and use this knowledge to provide clients with the best possible solutions.
Requirements
  • Strong Communication Skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Financial Knowledge - In-depth knowledge of financial products and services, with the ability to provide clients with expert advice and guidance.
  • Business Acumen - Strong business acumen, with the ability to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow our client base.
  • Adaptability - Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, with a strong focus on delivering results.
