Job Skills / Requirements

We're looking for individuals who are able to think critically and solve problems effectively. As a Security Guard with Paladin Security, you will be responsible for conducting regular foot patrols, monitoring CCTV cameras, and providing first aid when needed. You will also be required to manage lost and found items, write detailed incident reports, and maintain a high level of customer service.

What You'll Do

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and the public
  • Conduct regular foot patrols and monitor CCTV cameras to ensure a safe and secure environment
  • Provide first aid and respond to emergencies as needed
  • Manage lost and found items and maintain accurate records
  • Write detailed incident reports and maintain a high level of documentation

You're a Great Fit If

  • You have a strong commitment to customer service and a passion for helping others
  • You are able to think critically and solve problems effectively
  • You hold a valid First Aid/CPR certification or are willing to obtain one
  • You are eligible to work in Canada
  • You have prior experience in a security role or are willing to obtain your security license
