Job Skills / Requirements

We're looking for individuals who possess excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and a valid First Aid/CPR certification. Prior experience in security is an asset, but we're willing to provide training and support to help you succeed.

What You'll Do

As a Security Guard with Paladin Security, you'll be responsible for conducting regular patrols, monitoring CCTV cameras, providing first aid, and managing lost and found items. You'll also be required to write detailed incident reports and maintain a high level of customer service.

  • You hold a valid First Aid/CPR certification or are willing to obtain one.
  • You're eligible to work in Canada.
