About the Job

As the Manager - Portfolio Loan Support, you'll oversee a team of Portfolio Analysts in Advisory Services. Your focus will be on providing leadership and oversight in business lending to deliver exceptional client experiences and minimize risk.

Your team's objectives will be to deliver efficient and effective support to both teammates and clients. You'll evolve how we work to provide an advisory experience.

You'll contribute to the growth and development of the Sales Support Leadership team, reporting to the Director of Portfolio Loan Support. This role is critical in supporting ATB Business sales teams throughout the lending process.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of specialists responsible for critical aspects of the Business Client's lending journey.
  • Collaborate with other leaders in ATB Business to ensure delivery of an optimal and consistent client experience.
  • Grow and develop the team by providing feedback and coaching for future development.
  • Motivate the team by recognizing and rewarding them in a way that celebrates their achievements.
