About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in supervisory roles and be willing to relocate for the job.
  • This position involves hiring, training, and supervising janitors and other staff members to ensure they adhere to safety and cleanliness standards.
  • The Floor Operations Manager will also be responsible for preparing budgets and cost estimates, coordinating work activities with other departments, and maintaining inventory of supplies.
Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, or arrange training for janitorial staff
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure compliance with established standards
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates for cleaning services
