Job Title: Recruiter

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruiter to join our team at Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre. As a Recruiter, you will play a critical role in attracting, selecting, and onboarding top talent to support the delivery of exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract diverse and high-quality candidates
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including hiring managers, candidates, and vendors
  • Collaborate with HR and other teams to ensure a seamless recruitment experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent management
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS and ATS software
