- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates to meet the needs of our customers.
- Authorize Payments: Process payments and manage cash handling procedures to maintain a secure and efficient payment process.
- Order Merchandise: Coordinate the receipt and storage of merchandise, ensuring that inventory levels are maintained and that stock is accurately recorded.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and optimal productivity.
- Prepare Reports: Analyze sales data and prepare reports to inform business decisions and drive sales growth.
- Resolve Customer Issues: Proactively address customer complaints and concerns, ensuring that issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
- Organize Inventory: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure that stock levels are optimized to meet customer demand.
- Supervise Staff: Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to sales staff to ensure that they are meeting performance expectations.
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment
- Permanent employment
- English language proficiency
- 40 hours per week
