Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Painting and Decorating Supervisor to join our team at Canada Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of painters and decorators
  • Coordinate and schedule painting projects
  • Recruit and hire staff as needed
  • Train employees on painting techniques and safety protocols
  • Estimate costs and materials for painting projects
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Requisition materials and equipment as required
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in painting and decorating
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to travel to work sites
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-40 hour work week. The work environment is outdoors, noisy, and physically demanding.
